Body Of Glen Rock Fugitive Found Dead In Camper: Police

Vincent Marino, 53, was arrested July 31 after police found heroin, crack pipes and $10K in a camper in a driveway.

GLEN ROCK, NJ — Police confirmed Wednesday that a man's body found inside a camper at a Lincoln Avenue home Tuesday was that of a resident and former fugitive who was arrested July 31 after dozens of doses of heroin and $10,000 were found inside.

Chief Dean Ackermann said the body was that of Vincent Marino, 53, who was previously wanted by the Passaic County Superior Court. Marino's body, which had been there "for an extended period," was found shortly before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, the chief previously said.

Police did not immediately identify the man as Marino because his next of kin had not yet been notified. Marino's last known address was on Lincoln Avenue, police said.
