Joe Giudice Of 'Real Housewives' To Be Deported To Italy: Reports
Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, the jailed husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice will be sent home to his native Italy.

Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice will be deported back to his native Italy when he is released from prison next year, The New York Post and multiple other outlets reported.
Immigration Judge John Ellington ordered Giudice removed from the United States, the publication reported after speaking with the press secretary at Pennsylvania's York Immigration Court.
An immigration court judge Wednesday ruled on a court order on the matter, People.com reported.

"Based upon the law, I find you deportable, and ineligible for any kind of relief," the judge announced at a hearing, RadarOnline reported. “Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law.”
Giudice is scheduled to be released March 14, 2019, according to the Post. Giudice has 30 days to file an appeal on the decision.

Giudice and his wife, Teresa, both 46, pleaded guilty in 2014 to bankruptcy fraud, and Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to not paying $200,000 in taxes. Teresa also plead guilty, and served slightly less than a year of her sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn. She spent the remaining two months of her sentence under house arrest in the couple's Montville mansion.
Giudice came to the U.S. as an infant and never became a citizen, according to NBC4. As a legal permanent resident, he had always faced possible deportation to Italy after he completes his sentence.
Teresa Giudice will not move herself and the couple's four daughters to Italy after he is deported, TMZ reported.
During the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" reunion show in January, Teresa Giudice said she was open to the idea of moving to Italy if Joe was deported, TMZ reported.
