Ridgewood Implements New Electronic Portal For Building Department

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. – A new electronic service portal allows residents to schedule an inspection, look up property information, or view the status of a permit.

Users will need to register and create a profile to use the portal.

The portal, coupled with staff reassignments, has helped streamlined building department operations.

Village Manager Roberta Sonenfeld said the portal would be expanded to include other services in the future.
