Ridgewood Rezoning Ordinances Posted Online

Five ordinances that would permit multi-family housing to be built in the Ridgewood Central Business District have been posted online for the public to review.

The Planning Board signed off on the legislation last week, days after the Village Council approved it, with some discussion, by a 3-2 vote. The changes would amend the Village’s Master Plan.

The council will wait an extra month to take a final vote on the legislation to encourage residents to comment on the proposed changes.
