Special Web Show Screening To Help Ridgewood GoodWill Foundation
Special screening of 'One and Done' will be held later this month to help kids diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome, a rare Autism disorder.

A special screening of a new Internet television series will be held soon to help benefit children diagnosed with a rare disorder.
Ridgewood resident Aaron Letscher is producer of “One & Done,” a new web show. The comedy show is about four middle-aged men going through mid-life crises who decide to re-form their high school basketball team. Letscher’s brother Brian stars in the show.
The series’ seven episodes will be screened consecutively at The Bow Tie Cinemas Theater Quad at 7:30 p.m. June 25.

Tickets cost $25. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the GoodWill Foundation, a non-profit founded by Ridgwood residents Terry and Shannon Sullivan.
“It’s a wonderful organization and every dollar we bring in will go to help them,” Letscher said.

The Sullivans founded the non-profit in 2011 after their son Will was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome, a rare Autistic disorder that affects one of every 15,000 to 20,000 children. It is one of the most severe forms of Autism.
“We’re very happy that Aaron asked us to be a part of this event, which is a little different and we like that,” said Shannon Sullivan. “Angelman Syndrome is very rare so we’re grateful for the opportunity to raise awareness of it.”
Sullivan said the money taken in will be donated to the Children’s Therapy Center, a school for children with developmental disabilities in Fair Lawn, and Camp Sunshine in Ridgewood, a day-camp for children and adults with special needs.
