These units are available for low and moderate income households of 2 to 5 persons earning between 44%-80% of the 2011 COAH income guidelines.

Interested households must have a minimum household size of 2 persons and not exceed a maximum of 5 persons (family size must accommodate unit size) & not exceed the above referenced income requirements and can also afford the total monthly housing costs. The amount cannot exceed 40% of the households’ gross monthly income. Applicants will be required to submit a preliminary application for consideration to Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) for placement in the lottery. Only pre-qualified households will be notified and placed in the random lottery selection to determine applicant order of referral for placement.
All applications must be submitted to AHA 59 Broad Street Eatontown, NJ 07724 no later than December 31, 2011, no exceptions or consideration will be given to applications received after the deadline date.
