Summer is a time for swimming, sailing, sunning, hiking, biking, and... all too often... blood shortages. Please help others: The New York/New Jersey Blood Center reports that 1 : 3 people will need a blood product in their lifetimes. The Blood Drive will be open from 4 - 8:30 pm, located at The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Monmouth County, 1475 West Front Street, Lincroft.
With one donation of one pint of blood, you can save up to three lives! The entire process only takes 1 hour. You must be 16+ and at least 110 lbs. to donate. Please bring proof of address and photo ID. (If you are 16, you need a parent to fill out a consent form. If you are older than 76, you will need a doctor's note.)
Walk-ins are welcome as well.
