Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Rumson/Fair Haven Beautified Victory Park And Beach For “Cares Days”

RUMSON/FAIR HAVEN, N.J. – (June 12, 2014) – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Rumson/Fair Haven office participated in a spring clean-up day at Victory Park and the nearby beach in Rumson during Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Days in April. During Cares Days, sales associates affiliated with all of the real estate company’s 55 offices gave back through projects such as food drives, park clean-ups, and fundraisers to assist with the medical bills of community members in need.

“It was a beautiful day for a clean-up!” said Cheryl Laperriere, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Rumson/Fair Haven. “Although the park was relatively clean, the beach needed some TLC after a difficult winter.”

Ray Peterson, Eric Larsen, Dubie McDonnell, Bridget Jennings, Peggy James and Estella Almeida (pictured, left to right) were among the volunteers from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage that participated.

During the second annual Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Days event, 846 sales associates volunteered a combined total of 3,341 hours to support 64 different organizations and causes. Through their efforts, the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation raised $22,775 for charitable causes. Sales associates also collected $9,000 worth of food, $1,500 in pet supplies and $8,400 in other goods for various organizations.
