
New Jersey native Michael Kane will host a craft beer tasting dinner with beers from his new Kane Brewing Company, Ocean Township, paired with a special menu prepared by Executive Chef Bob Belt and Sous Chef Michael Keating at Salt Creek Grille, Rumson, Thursday January 19, 2012 at 6:30. The four course pairing is $53 per person excluding tax and gratuity. In addition each guest with a pre-paid ticket will receive a $20 reward card with no expiration date to be used in Salt Creek Grille’s main dining room. So, if you forgot to give your buddy a gift this past holiday season, this is a good time to make amends and double your reward.
The menu is as follows:
First Course: Wild Mushroom Gnocchi with Leeks, Kale and Sage, paired with Kane After Glow Rye Pale Ale.

Second Course: Mesquite Pork Tenderloin with Ancho Chili Dry Rub and Butternut Squash, paired with Kane Head High IPA
Third Course: Braised Short Ribs with Goat Cheese Polenta and sautéed Chard paired with Kane Drift Line Oatmeal Brown Ale.
