Fair Haven Firemen's Fair Is Rolling In, Starting Aug. 26

FAIR HAVEN, NJ — The weeklong Fair Haven Firemen's Fair is coming up, this year starting on Aug. 26 and continuing through Sept. 3, with a day off Sunday, Aug. 28. The fair is held at the Firemen's Grounds.

Fair Haven Volunteer Fire Co No. 1 says there will be rides and games, fire truck rides and mini-golf. For food, there is a seafood dining tent and a beer booth, among other offerings.

There is a Super 50-50 drawing on Saturday, Sept. 3 at 10:45 p.m., the last day of the fair. Last year’s winner took home more than $16,000. There are also hourly 50-50 drawings and First Aid Squad and Auxiliary Prize Raffles.

Discount rides are on Wednesday and Firefighter/First Responder Night is Wednesay, Aug. 31.

• Friday, Sept. 2, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Saturday, Sept. 3, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
