The teen was charged with burglary, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest. Police think he and some other teens, who ran off and were not caught, got inside through an unsecured door. In other Rumson crime news, a 28-year-old Rumson man was arrested on July 5 and charged with a DUI in the area of Heathcliff Road.
