• Eatontown Family Sues Monmouth County After Their Son Was Injured In County Park (patch.com) — Rumson's government and DPW are among many entities sued after a 15-year-old was badly injured by construction equipment left in Middletown's Huber Woods Park, though Middletown has since been dismissed from the case. Monmouth County now seeks to shift some blame to the teen's friend, with a key Superior Court hearing scheduled for August 28.
