Victoria Hair & Makeup Beauty Lounge, 58 English Plaza, had its grand opening this month with Red Bank Mayor Pasquale "Pat" Menna (second from Left) with Councilman Edward Zipprich officiating at the ribbon-cutting.
The Mayor was joined by Doreen Bussey & Kimberly Formato, principal designers at db. Interiors, Atlantic Highlands, who did the interior design. The owners of Victoria's are Jennifer & Leo Luu.
