3 Scotch Plains Locals Arrested For DWI, Marijuana: Police

WESTFIELD, NJ — Three Scotch Plains locals were arrested in Westfield, police reported.

Westfield Police Blotter:

On Nov. 14 at 5:54 p.m.: William Bizink, 45, of Scotch Plains was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. His vehicle was impounded and he was issued a summonses and released to a responsible person. His blood alcohol content was .28.

On Nov. 18 at 11:53 p.m.: Jessica Ferrera, 18, of Scotch Plains was arrested for Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams following a traffic stop. She was processed and released on summonses.

On Nov. 25 at 2:05 p.m.: Kenneth T. Oakes, 39, of Scotch Plains was arrested for Possession of Under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released on summonses.
