Fanwood Library Presents The ABCs of CANDY
The Fanwood Library First Sunday series is pleased to present a sweet program for the whole family

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the Fanwood Memorial Library presents The ABCs of CANDY on Sunday, February 5th at 2pm. Families can gather in the Children's Department at 1:30pm, before the program begins, for candy stories and candy games.
Candy bars are a favorite sweet treat for children and adults alike and there are varieties to suit every taste. Favorite candies have been created by combining the beloved chocolate bar with cherries, raisins, dates, nuts, marshmallows, caramel, nougat and toffee. While the candy combinations come and go, a few steady favorites remain bestsellers year after year. Get the inside story on familiar and not so familiar candies—one for every letter. Bring your sweet tooth! This program concludes with free samples of confectionery history.
The ABCs of CANDY comes to Fanwood from The Museum of Early Trades and Crafts, located in Madison, NJ. The museum promotes the understanding of the history, culture and lives of NJ inhabitants from the earliest settlements through present day.
