Fanwood Teen Arrested For Drugs: Blotter

CLARK, NJ — A Fanwood local was among a few to be arrested last week for possession of drugs in Clark, according to the police blotter.

On Oct. 7 at 9:41 p.m.: At 196 Westfield Avenue, police arrested Jeffrey Wheeler, age 47, single, an assistant of 6 Acken Drive in Clark for possession of CDS and possession of a hypodermic needle. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the Arresting Officer.

On Oct. 8 at 4:36 p.m.: At Headquarters, police arrested Christoph DiIorio, age 31, single, unemployed of Clark on an outstanding warrant from the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Somerset County Jail. P.O. Michael Hernandez was the Arresting Officer.

On Oct. 4 at 3:12 p.m.: At 1255 Raritan Road, police arrested Soledad Salas, age 38, married, unemployed of Elizabeth for shoplifting merchandise valued at $83.38 from the Whole Foods Supermarket at 1255 Raritan Road. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Ricardo Oliveira was the Arresting Officer.

On Oct. 9 at 3:15 p.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway southbound, police arrested Michael Rinaldis, age 36, single, unemployed of Union Beach for receiving stolen property. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Sergio D’Andrea was the Arresting Officer.

On Oct. 9 at 8:16 p.m.: Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence at 225 Lexington Blvd., Apt. #14. The incident is under investigation. Sgt. Joseph Teston was the Investigating Officer.

On Oct. 10 at 7:15 a.m.: Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence at 1230 Cellar Avenue. The incident is under investigation. Det. Brian Pereira was the Investigating Officer.
