I am a little tired of people walking their pets on their neighbor's property and particularly their lawn. Maybe you can consider walking your pet on your own lawn or perhaps a place where people do not live? Or shall we all walk our pets on your lawn? SP has an ordinance that prohibits that. It's your neighbor!
