Intoxicated Man Found Lying on the Ground by SP Police
SPPD transported a man to the hospital after he was found severely intoxicated and lying on the ground near downtown. What would you do?
What would you do if you came upon a man so intoxicated that he tripped and fell and could not get up off the ground?
At 11 p.m. on May 24, Scotch Plains Police received a report stating that an individual was lying on the ground at the corner of Park and Mountain Avenue.
Scotch Plains Police Captain Brian Donnelly stated that when Scotch Plains Police arrived at the scene, they discovered that the individual was so severely intoxicated that he had sustained injuries from tripping and could not get up on his own. With the speedy assistance of the Officers, the individual was transported to the hospital to receive medical attention.
