Scotch Plains Preschool Teacher Arrested For Drugs: Police
A total of five cars were also burglarized or stolen while parked in Clark last week, according to the Clark Police Blotter.

CLARK, NJ — A Scotch Plains pre-school teacher was arrested for drug possession in Clark on Sunday, police report.
On Feb. 12 at 4:04 p.m., police arrested Shawn Sinceno, age 40, married, a pre-school teacher of Scotch Plains for possession of CDS, Clark Police reported.
He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Sergio D’Andrea was the Arresting Officer.

On Feb. 12 at 11:26 a.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence on Crestwood Lane. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Mark Detore was the Investigating Officer.
On Feb. 12 at 4:43 p.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence on Delia Terrace. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Mark Detore was the Investigating Officer.
On Feb. 6 at 12:21 a.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound, police arrested Daniel Rey, age 29, single, an engineer of Colonia for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the Arresting Officer.
On Feb. 6 at 2:55 a.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Sawyer West, age 27, single, a postal clerk of Jersey City for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the Arresting Officer.
On Feb. 6 at 8:46 a.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Gabriela Hurtado, age 20, single, a restaurant worker of Clark for possession of CDS. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Joshua Weber was the Arresting Officer.
On Feb. 8 at 5:04 p.m.: At Headquarters, police arrested Luis Labrador, age 46, married, self-employed of Clark for harassment. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Alex Yanes was the Arresting Officer.
On Feb. 11 at 7:19 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Yasim Sherin, age 21, single, a maintenance worker of Long Branch for possession of CDS. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Paul Sosnowski was the Arresting Officer.
On Feb. 11 at 10 p.m.: In the vicinity of Lake Avenue, police arrested Travis Fongh, age 28, single, a securities administrator of Roselle for possession of CDS, possession of CDS paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a handgun and receiving stolen property. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. P.O. Michael Hernandez was the Arresting Officer.
On Feb. 12 at 5:10 a.m.: In the vicinity of Malvern Drive, police arrested Khalid Walker, age 43, single, unemployed of Elizabeth for hindering apprehension. He was also detained on an outstanding warrant from Linden in the amount of $1,000 for contempt of court. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance on the Clark charge and turned over to the Linden Police Department on their warrant. P.O. Tom Gucwa was the Arresting Officer.
On Feb. 12 at 7:41 p.m.: In the vicinity of Central Avenue, police arrested Michael DeJohn, age 31, single, unemployed of South River for possession a hypodermic needle and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Also arrested was Melissa Kunyz, age 34, single, unemployed of Edison on an outstanding warrant from Irvington, New Jersey for contempt of court. She was subsequently transported to the Irvington Police Department. P.O. Sergio D’Andrea was the Arresting Officer.
