SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus police, all of last week's arrests:
On Aug. 17 at 3:56 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Brandon Graves of Bayonne, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Graves was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. Graves was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued his complaint summons along with four motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Aug. 17 at 10:12 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old female, Janaya Carson of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Carson was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. Carson was released on her own recognizance and was issued a complaint summons along with three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Aug. 17 at 10:35 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21-year-old female, Dominica Luther of Irvington, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Somerville, NJ in the amount of $550. The police also arrested a 31-year-old male, Kevon John of Newark, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $250. Luther and John were released on her own recognizance for the warrant and they were released from police custody.
On Aug. 17 at 11:56 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle idling in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21-year-old male, Roshorn Henry of the Bronx, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Henry was issued his complaint summons along with one motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Aug. 18 at 6:51 a.m., NJ State Police responded to Secaucus Police headquarters for the purpose of transferring custody of a 24-year-old male, Kevin Patino of Fairview, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500, one outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount $150 and one outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100. Patino was able to post bail for the involved warrants and was released from police custody.
On Aug. 18 at 3:56 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to CVS located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 51-year-old male, Errol Nunn of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)]. Nunn was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Aug. 18 at 5:49 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male, Kaba Konate of the Bronx, NY along with a 24-year-old male, Edward Erbyn of the Bronx, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. The police also arrested a 25-year-old male, Rafael Gomez of the Bronx, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] along with a 31-year-old male, Landrew Frazier of the Bronx, NY for Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana within 500 feet of a Public Building [2C:35-7.1A], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-5B(11)] and Possession of 2 or more Credit Cards in Names other than His Own [2C:21-6C(6)]. Konate, along with Gomez and Erbyn were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. Gomez was also issued five motor vehicle summonses. Frazier was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Aug. 19 at 2:46 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested an 18-year-old female, Aaliyah Hill of Newark, NJ, an 18-year-old male, Mistique Crosby of Newark, NJ and an 18-year-old female, Brianna Bennett-Henderson of Newark, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], a stolen vehicle from Mount Olive. The police also arrested an 18 year old female, Zaniyah Jones of Newark, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] and Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] along with a 23 year old female, Raven Gordon of Newark, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Gordon was also found to have one outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Essex County Sheriff’s Office with no bail, along with two outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Ms. Hill, Mr. Crosby, Ms. Bennett-Henderson and Ms. Jones were served their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. Gordon was served her complaint warrant along with 8 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Aug. 19 at 8:00 PM, the Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Ennio Reyes of Secaucus, NJ for False Representation of a Firearms Application [2C:39-10C] after Mr. Reyes entered Secaucus Police Headquarters to turn himself in after being advised of the charge. Reyes was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Aug. 19 at 10:17 PM, the Secaucus observed an individual in the area of 945 Schopmann Drive who the police believed had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. During the investigation, the police arrested a 43 year old female, Kimberlee Baldino of Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Oceans County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officer’s from the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Ms. Baldino for transport back to their agency.
On Aug. 19 at 10:01 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting with an assault. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21 year old male, Khalil Murray of Queens, NY for Robbery [2C:15- 1A(2)]. Murray was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Aug. 20 at 4:26 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested an 18-year-old female, Sarah Galunas of Richmond Hill, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C]. Galunas was served her complaint summons along with three motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Aug. 20 at 9:14 p.m., officers from the Union City Police Department responded to the Secaucus Police Department to transfer custody of a 42 year old male, John Cabrera of North Bergen, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500. Cabrera was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On Aug. 21 at 12:54 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33 year old male, David Acosta of York, PA and a 34 year old male, Elvis Gonzalez of Garfield, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Gonzalez was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $500 and was further charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)]. Mr. Acosta was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Gonzalez was served his complaint summons along with five motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Aug. 21 at 1:13 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 425 Route 3 East on a report of a vehicle driving through a safety/work zone. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33 year old male, Yoveyris Hiciano-Jimenez of Tarrytown, NY for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50] and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, a machete [2C:39-5D]. Hiciano-Jimenez was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 4 additional motor vehicle summonses. He was also served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Aug. 21 at 10:47 a.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Jimmy Daniel of Jersey City, NJ for Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Oxycodone [2C:35-5B(5)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Daniel was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Aug. 22 at 11:56 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48-year-old male, Pedro Lozano of Clifton, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The police also arrested a 48 year old male, Jimmie Banks of Passaic, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $350.00. Mr. Banks was released on his own recognizance for the Passaic warrant and he was released from police custody. Mr. Lozano was served his complaint summons along with three motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
On Aug. 22 at 12:56 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Sam’s Club located at 300 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 45 year old male, Juan Fernandez of Fontana, CA for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Fernandez was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Aug. 23 at 1:56 a.m., Secaucus police conducted a motor vehicle stop of two motorcycles in the area of 450 Harmon Meadow Boulevard. During the stop, it was discovered the motorcycle was stolen out of New York City. The police arrested a 24-year-old male, Jovanny Velez of the Bronx, NY for Receiving Stolen property [2C:20-7A], Eluding [2C:29-2B], Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-5B(11)], Possession with intent to Distribute Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-3], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(3)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The police also arrested a 26-year- old male, Kenneth Millan of the Bronx, NY for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Millan was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. Velez was served his complaint summons along with 15 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Aug. 23 at 4:44 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45-year-old male, Jose Mendez-Araujo of Jersey City, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $2,500. Mendez-Araujo was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. He was served two motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Union City Police Department.
On Aug. 23 at 11:41 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Hilton Garden Inn located at 875 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a fraud. During the investigation, the police arrested a 20 year old male, Jeyson Avila-Castillo of the Bronx, NY for Theft of Services [2C:20-8A], Unlawful Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6G], Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] and Conspiracy to commit Credit Card Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Avila-Castillo was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
