Dangerously cold weather is moving into the area, with wind chills that could make it feel like 20 below, according to forecasters.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for Middlesex and Monmouth counties until 11 a.m. Friday.
Wind chill values as low as 10 to 20 degrees below zero are possible through Friday morning, and could lead to frostbite and hypothermia, the weather service said.

Winds of 15 to 20 mph, with gusts up to 30 mph are possible.
Without the wind chill, temperatures will drop to zero to five degree by early Friday morning.

Snow is possible Saturday afternoon and evening, before it changes to rain, the weather service said.
There may be some sleet and freezing rain, and light snow accumulation is expected.
