Lane Closures Expected On Routes 1 And 18 In Middlesex County

Drivers can expect delays overnight on routes 18 and 1 because of the ongoing construction project there, according to East Brunswick police.

Crews will be doing sign work on the Route 18 bridge, over Route 1, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. The work will begin Monday and continue until Thursday, police said.

The work will require crews to close lanes on both sides of Route 18 and Route 1.
