The Middlesex County Mosquito Extermination Commission plans to use a helicopter to apply larvicide to non-residential areas this week.

The Middlesex County Mosquito Extermination Commission plans to use a helicopter to apply larvicide to non-residential areas Thursday, Friday and Saturday, South Brunswick police said.
The areas, which include marshes and wetlands, will be treated from a low-flying helicopter, police said.
Police said no precautions are needed. They just want residents to know that they may see green and yellow Hiller-model helicopter flying over neighborhoods.
