Reminder: Free Paper Shredding Event In South Brunswick

The mobile paper shredder will be at the Beechwood Park parking lot in the Monmouth Junction section of town on Saturday.

Don’t forget - if you have paper to shred, the township is holding a free paper shredding event for residents on Saturday.

The mobile paper shredder will be at the Beechwood Park parking lot, 37 Beekman Road, in the Monmouth Junction section of town from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., or until the truck is full.

Residents are allowed to bring up to five file boxes or 100 pounds of paper.

Files, receipts, bills, financial statements and other confidential documents will be accepted.

Paper clips and staples do not have to be removed.

Business, commercial paper, books, magazines, newspapers, X-rays, floppy disks and CDs will not be accepted.
