Rutgers Police: Case of Criminal Sexual Contact At Library Under Investigation
A man exposed himself inside a women's restroom at a Rutgers library, then inappropriately touched a victim as he fled, police said.

A man exposed himself inside a women’s restroom at a Rutgers library, then inappropriately touched a victim as he fled, police said.
Around 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, one victim, who is affiliated with the school, was inside the second-floor restroom at Alexander Library on College Avenue when the man walked in, according to an alert from police.

That victim alerted a friend, who came into the bathroom and saw the man expose himself. Before the man fled, he inappropriately touched the friend.
He was described as Asian-Indian man, who was between 18- and 21-years-old, and about 5 feet 4 inches tall. He wore blue jeans, a light blue shirt with white pinstripes, and black wire-rimmed glasses.
