South Brunswick Celebrates National Night Out at Rowland Park Tuesday Night
The event runs from 6 p.m.-9 p.m.

South Brunswick joins the National Night Out celebration with its 31st annual staging of the event at Rowland Park on Tuesday night, 6 p.m.-9 p.m.
The park s located on Broadway Road near Rowland Road. People who are attending are encouraged to carpool to the event.
“National Night Out is one of the largest community events in the Township each year,” South Brunswick Police Chief Raymond Hayducka said. “It offers a great opportunity for the community to come together with the police to recognize the success of our partnership. The event celebrates the ongoing commitment to make our community a better place to live. “

The 2014 event will have rides and attractions for the kids, with games and prizes for children and adults alike. Free hot dogs, soda, chips, ice cream, and popcorn will be available.
Radio station WMGQ will be broadcasting live from this event. Displays from the township police and fire departments, first aid squads, and more will be present.

The South Brunswick Township Municipal Alliance will once again be sponsoring their Community Unity Pavilion at National Night Out with displays from many local community-oriented organizations.
