South Brunswick Drunk Driving Crash Thanksgiving Eve, Police Say
A Piscataway man hit a car near Whispering Woods Blvd. on Rt. 1, then continued north before striking another car, causing both cars to flip

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — An alleged drunk driver caused not one but two different car accidents on Rt. 1 in South Brunswick Township on Wednesday night, Thanksgiving eve.
A 27-year-old Piscataway man, Hemraj Behari, was driving drunk, South Brunswick police said.
His car first hit a vehicle on Rt. 1 near Whispering Woods Blvd. He then continued north on Rt. 1 where he struck a second car near Autumn Drive. The impact of the second crash caused both vehicles to overturn.

There no serious injuries but Rt. 1 northbound in that area was closed for over an hour on Wednesday night. Behari was charged with vehicular assault and DWI.
