College Works Painting

My name is Viktoriya Markarova and as part of my summer internship with College Works Painting, I am managing a branch of the company in South Orange. The Company hires College Students and gives us the opportunity to learn how to run our own business. We learn business skills through a hands-on internship. It is an amazing opportunity and not something you see everywhere! College Works Painting is the largest painting company in the Country! We are in 26 different states, have been around for over 25 years!

I got involved in the College Works program through my college, I currently attend Rutgers University in New Brunswick and I am pursuing a degree in Engineering. 

During the Spring I will be working weekends, doing estimates for homeowners interested in Painting. The company offers free estimates for anyone interested! When school lets out for the summer, the internship becomes a full time job and I will be hiring professional painters to paint homes, I will be organizing payroll, and managing customer relations.

The Company has an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website, we have 1 million dollar liability insurance and we painted over 11,000 homes last year! While the company is run by college students, our painters are professional painter with an average of 5-10 years of experience.
