Editor's Notebook: Dress Up to Support Your Favorite Charity

This Halloween, Patch is presenting a for residents of not just South Orange, but all over the country.  We are looking to see who has the most creative Halloween costume this year. 

Winner gets a two day, three night trip for two to either New York or Los Angeles.  The trip will include a meet and greet with model Heidi Klum.

In addition, Patch will donate $1031 (October 31, get it?) to the winner’s favorite local charity.  Nine additional runner-ups will also have $1031 donated to their favorite charity.

To enter, just go the and upload a photo of your kid, 12 years of age or younger, in his or her Halloween costume. Entries must be made by the parent or legal guardian of the child photographed. Full rules are here. 

Submissions must be received before 9pm (local time) on Halloween night (October 31st).
