Special Needs: Transition From School to Adult Life
Look to the future to plan for your Special Needs Child. This informational program will be presented by SPAN to help parents and young adults figure out the next steps after High School.
Are you prepared for life after High School? This presentation will provide information on the post secondary options, employment opportunities and adult service systems for individuals with disabilities. Parents and young adults will learn how to access the information, resources and support needed to plan for a successful future at home, school and in the community.
This Program will be hosted by PASSE (Parents Advocating for Special Services in Education)
