The South Orange-Maplewood Adult School's Fall Semester Begins the week of October 1!

Fall semester is about to begin at the South Orange-Maplewood Adult School, but there is still time to register for many of our classes. From the sublime to the practical, you’ll find it at the Adult School. Below are some classes still have openings:

• Sewing
• Quickbooks: 2010 Basics
• Ikebana: Japanese Flower Arranging
• Social Media for Business
• How to Fall in Love With Poetry
• Beginning Italian

Active Mind Special
Sign up for two of the following Active Mind classes and get $20 off the cost of the all-day College for a Day program on Saturday, November 17: Full Eva Samo Lecture Series; Lifelong Learning Gathering; The African Connection, class/trip/combo; Art House Film Festival ; Claude Monet Between Argenteuil and Giverny; Behind the Scenes at an Exposition; Fall in Love with Poetry. Must register by phone or mail by October 5 for all three classes.

An Active Mind in an Active Body
Take a Fitness/Recreation class and either an Active Mind, Language or Computer Class and get $20 credited to your Adult School account for future use. Doesn't include Cando classes. Register by October 8.
