Café Arugula Offers a New All-You-Can-Eat Brunch Buffet
New Owner George Filippatos is bringing all you can eat brunch to South Orange.
Café Arugula has been in business for fifteen years, and is considered a staple of South Orange. On Sunday, new owner George Filippatos debuted an All-You-Can-Eat brunch buffet, which is designed to cater to families and students alike.
“Brunch buffets are fun for everybody. In these tough economic times, it is more affordable to pay a flat price and eat as much as you desire. We are offering a wide variety of food to suit everybody’s tastes,” said Filippatos.
Filippatos has been in the restaurant business in Essex County area for over forty years. He bought Café Arugula from Carlo Carbonaro in April, and has been looking for ways to improve the restaurant.
