South Orange’s Civic Week Ahead

Here is the schedule for this week’s government and committee meetings.  Please remember that all meeting times and dates are subject to change.

Monday

• Village Hall is Closed for Columbus Day

Tuesday

• A celebrating the completion of the Rahway River Greenway Project will be held at the South Orange Municipal Pool at 10 a.m.
• Village President Alex Torpey holds his weekly office hours from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• The Community Relations Committee (CRC) meets at the South Orange Public Library for their monthly meeting from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m.
• A meet n’ greet for Assemblywoman Mila Jasey will be held at Bunny’s Sports Bar from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m.
• The Energy Policies Studies Committee will meet at Village Hall from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• Main Street South Orange (MSSO) will hold their monthly meeting from 8 p.m. – 10 p.m. at 18 South Orange Avenue, 3rd floor.

Wednesday

• The SOMAtv Board of Governors will meet at Village Hall from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.
• The Legal Committee will meet at Village Hall from 6:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• The River Greenway Committee will meet at Village Hall from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• The Legal & Personnel Committee will meet at Village Hall from 6:45 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
• A Board of Trustees special meeting and conference agenda will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall

Thursday

• The Public Safety Committee will meet from 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
