On Thursday, July 16, at 7pm, the Wine Library hosts An Education in Emmentaler with Joe Salonia of Gourmino.

Join us for an exciting, not to mention delicious, seminar on Emmentaler AOC. In the Emmental, Switzerland, this cheese is still made by 135 village family dairies. Gourmino’s production of Emmentaler by Bernard Meier and his wife Marles is the most authentic production made today. We will help you gain a new appreciation and perhaps surprise you with the real deal....the BASE of the MOUNTAIN- the largest AOP raw milk cheese in the world!
