Attention Runners: ARS Hand & Physical Therapy Offers Free Spring Screenings in May

ARS Hand & Physical Therapy is offering Free Spring Screenings in May designed to keep runners of all levels healthy and injury-free.

ARS Hand and Physical Therapy, a Springfield-based therapist-owned practice with a specialty in treating runners of all levels, is offering Free Spring Screenings in May as part of its exclusive “ARS Return-to-Running Program” designed to help runners enjoy a healthy, injury-free season.

Nearly 70 percent of runners will become injured. While many injuries will appear minor, they can become more serious over time if not properly treated. Effective recovery and sustained health involves a systematic approach under the guidance of a skilled physical therapist. That’s why ARS Hand & Physical Therapy developed its “ARS Return to Running Program.”

The ARS Return to Running Program involves a customized four-step process for runners designed by its physical therapists to help patients recover from injury, prevent new injuries, and maintain optimal health and performance for a lifetime.
