Dancing With The Survivors(R) 2015
An evening of dancing, music, cocktails, & delicious food to celebrate a nationwide community of breast cancer survivors.
Dancing With The Survivors® 2015, will be an evening of dancing, music, cocktails, and delicious food to celebrate a nationwide community of breast cancer survivors who thrive in their recovery, and make a difference in the lives of other cancer patients. This event will feature local breast cancer survivors paired with professional dancers from The Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Morristown, performing ballroom style dances, while raising money for The Pink Fund’s mission.
The Pink Fund helps breast cancer patients focus on healing, raising their families, and returning to the workplace, while providing short term financial aid for a brief period of treatment and recovery. For 4 months, the dancers meet on a weekly basis to learn and perfect a ballroom style dance. They will perform their routine on October 1st at Hamilton Farm Golf Club, in Gladstone.
