Belly Dancing for Health and Fun

Registered nurse and belly dance teacher Kathleen McMahon will discuss and demonstrate the health benefits of this ancient yet enduring art form.  Many benefits accrue from this exercise: core strangth, sunsual flexibility, and muscular balance among others.  Dance is a powerful yet underused therapeutic activity.  Audience participation is welcome, or just have fun and discuss the moves.  Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
