Houdaille Quarry is an exciting hidden treasure right in Springfield that is only open to the public a few times during the year. Join the Springfield Environmental Commission on Sunday, October 17th, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. for this rare opportunity to walk the quarry. The entrance to Houdaille Quarry is through a small gate halfway along Mountview Road. This is just one of the many exciting events part of the Fall for Springfield Festival & Car Show.
