Fall International Film Festival - Springfield Free Public Library

The Springifeld Free Public Library is hosting their Fall International Film Festival.  Today they will be showing "The Swimsuit Issue" at 12:00pm and 7:00pm.

Out-of-work, over the hill, would-be athlete Fredrik discovers his passion and talent for synchronized swimming. He soon dreams of competing with his friends for the gold as Sweden's only male team at the world championship in Berlin. The only problem is that despite their new found enthusiasm and passion for the pool, none of the guys swim well, neither do they know the first thing about performing.

Funding for the film program has been made possible in part by the NJ State Council on the Arts, Department of State, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts, through a grant administered by the Union County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs and by the Friends of the Springfield Free Public Library.  Admission is free and refreshments are served. Assistive listening devices are available upon request.  All are welcome.
