As part of the International Film Program, the Chinese film, Sunflower will be screened at the library. The film by acclaimed writer-director Zhang Yang uses a triptych structure gleaned from three distinct periods of life of one Beijing clan in this family drama that traces China's social history since the 1970s. The film is in Mandarin and English with English subtitles. The film will also be screened at on the same day.
