The International Film Festival will be showing "Owl and the Sparrow" (Vietnam/USA, 2007). This will be shown on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 12 noon and 7:00pm. Funding for the film is made possible in part by the NJ State Council on the Arts, Dept. of State, through a grant administered by the Union County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs and by the Friends of the Springfield Public Library.
