The festival ends on Thursday, May 19, 2011 with the screening of The Secret in Their Eyes (2009) at 12 noon and 6:45 p.m. This Oscar winner for best foreign language film is in Spanish with English subtitles. Rated R. 129 minutes. Funding for the film program has been made possible in part by the NJ State Council on the Arts, Department of State, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts, through a grant administered by the Union County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs and by the Friends of the Springfield Free Public Library. Admission is free and refreshments are served. Assistive listening devices are available upon request.
