FRIENDS BOOK SALE AUGUST 10 - 12
SPRINGFIELD LIBRARY FRIENDS BOOK SALE - MON. AUG. 10, NOON-8PM, TUES. AUG. 11, 10am-4pm, WED AUG. 12 BAG DAY, 10am-4pm.
The Friends of the Springfield Free Public Library will hold its Annual Book Sale August 10-12, 2 at the library, 66 Mountain Ave. There will be a Members Preview Monday 10am-noon. Memberships may be bought on Monday. The Public Sale will begin at Noon, Monday and run to 8pm that day. Tuesday hours are 10am-4pm. Wednesday is Bag Day, 10am-4pm. Bags are $5 and the Friends provides the bags.
The sale will include hard cover fiction and non-fiction, trade paperbacks, smaller mass market paperbacks, DVD’s, CD’s, Audio Books, and Children’s books, games, and puzzles. There will also be a large selection of special prices hard cover books and a selection of costume jewelry and watches.
All money raised by the sale will go to support library materials, services, and programs. The Friends is a tax exempt, independent organization and new members are always welcome.
