LED Sign Approved, Other Actions Taken at June Planning Board Meeting
Existing issues were mostly approved and there were no new applications to be heard.

After approving the minutes from last month's Planning Board meeting, two existing DRC resolutions were addressed. The first was for the upgrade and swap-out of equipment at 118 Victory Road as requested by Sprint Nextel. They will be upgrading their iDen panel antennas. Ames Taping Tools, wholesale distributors of taping tools and supplies to drywall contractors were approved for tenancy at 21 Fadem Road, with a change of signage approved as well. The board approved both motions.
The application made last month by MetroPCS New York, LLC to build a 10-foot addition on an existing Springfield monopole antenna was approved by the board, as was the new LED sign for Jonathan Dayton High School. The messages on the red-on-black LED board can not be changed at a greater rate than once every 10 minutes.
The discussion about time constraints for paving the parking lot of Milton Liquors at 223 Morris Avenue was adjourned due to the absence of a discussion participant. The issue was moved to the agenda for July's Planning Board meeting.
