OPEN HOUSE Summer Programs

Join us on Saturday, May 16 from 9:30AM-1:00PM for a Summer Programs Open House!

Learn about the exciting educational and recreational activities we have available for children from age 3-grade 12. Our facilities include air conditioned classrooms, two fully equipped gymnasiums, playground, an indoor pool, turf fields and 32 acres of playing fields for a variety of activities. Speak to the WH camp directors, as well as representatives from International Ivy and The Flatiron School. Light refreshments will be served.

Wardlaw-Hartridge Summer Programs include:

Camp Funshine Preschool Camp- for ages 3-6 A great introduction to social interactions in a preschool setting with an exciting theme each week. Camp begins June 22 and ends August 7. Full day and 1/2 day programs available.

Adventures Day Camp- for grades 1-8. Campers explore a new theme each week and learn through creative classes, such as art and music. Daily swim, group activities, afternoon electives and a special weekly event. Camp begins June 22 and ends August 7.

Sports Camp- for grades 2-8. Sports camp runs from 8:30AM-12:30PM. Choose from Soccer (June 29-July 3), Basketball (July 6-July 10) and Baseball (July 13 - July 17) or pick all three! Each week includes physical fitness and training sessions, focus on technical skills, daily games, fun activities and swimming. Afternoon Activities Camp camp be added to create a Full Day camp experience.

Wilderness Training- for ages 10-17 Spend three days learning about outdoor survival techniques. Experience a full day hike and overnight camping experience at Round Valley. Takes place Week of July 20-24 (Monday-Wednesday 8:30AM-12:30PM and Thursday 8:30AM-Friday 12PM)

Brain Boosters Junior Academics- for grades 1-5. This four week course runs from June 29-July 23, Monday through Thursday from 8:30AM-11:30AM and will focus on improvement of math, reading and writing skills using hands on activities and technology such as SMARTboards and iPads. Afternoon Activites Camp and Full Day Friday camp available.

Summer Scholars Academics- 6 week session runs from June 29-August 7
Includes 60 hr. preview and enrichment classes in Math 6, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I or II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Trigonomentry and English & Writing Excellence, Literature, Short Story, Writing Lab

Full Credit (120 hr. and 135 hr.) Courses for those entering grades 9-12 includes Algebra II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus and Trigonometry, Calculus, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Afternoon Electives, such as Chess, Acrylic Painting, and Clay Creations.

Representatives from International Ivy (afternoon enrichment classes) and The Flatiron School (College prep computer coding) will be on hand to discuss their programs as well.
