Springfield Public Library Receives donation for the Museum.

Richard Deutsch presents Springfield Free Public Library Director Dale Spindel with an award winning photograph taken by his late brother, longtime Springfield resident Martin Deutsch.   Standing with Deutsch and Spindel  is Library Board President Debra Neher.   The photograph is one of several taken by Martin Deutsch that his brother is donating to the permanent collection of the library's Donald B. Palmer Museum.
