A former Roselle Park woman sentenced to 30 years for bludgeoning her 14-year-old daughter in 2005 could get the chance to withdraw her guilty plea due to her poor mental health.

According to nj.com, Lynn Giovanni fatally struck her daughter in the head as she was sleeping and then attempted to take her own life.
