Union Liquor Store Held Up At Gunpoint
Union Police are searching for the 2 men wanted in connection with the robbery where cash was stolen from the register.

UNION, NJ — Two men are wanted by police after a Union liquor store was held up at gunpoint, according to authorities.
Two men reportedly entered Village Liquors, at 1235 Magic Ave. in Union, at 4:25 p.m. where one man showed a gun and told the clerk to open the register.
The clerk opened the register when the two men took the money and ran away, according to Union spokeswoman Natalie Pineiro.

The suspects are described as two Hispanic men who were wearing hoods to try to prevent their faces from being seen, according to Pineiro.
The incident is being investigated by Detective John Oliveira of Union Police Department. Anyone with information should call police at 908-851-5000.
