3 Men Passed Forged Checks to Summit Businesses: Police
Three men were arrested for passing forged checks to businesses in Summit and Millburn using fake IDs, police reported.
SUMMIT, NJ — Three men were arrested for passing forged checks to businesses in Summit and Millburn using fake ids, police reported.
Jerry Cesaro, 52; Oluwole O. Ojudun, 30; and Anthony N. Gray 30 all from Bronx, New York were arrested by the Summit Police on Jan. 12 following an investigation by the Detective Bureau.
Cesaro was charged with Theft by Deception, Presenting a False Identity, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Forgery, and Resisting Arrest.

Gray was charged with Conspiracy to Commit a Criminal Offense.
