After-School Club Assistant Supervisor Heads to Boot Camp

Monday, March 31 marked Nicolette Ferguson's last day with Share the Fun! Club members and staff.  Nicolette has worked as an Assistant Supervisor with the popular after-school program since last fall and has been a great mentor and friend to all of the program's participants.

On April 15, Nicolette will begin her journey with the Air Force as she heads to Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.  She will remain in boot camp for a duration of eight and a half weeks and will then transition into technical school for an additional fourteen weeks.  During tech school, Nicolette will specialize in Security Forces, a training that is similar to Police Academy.

Members and staff of the Share the Fun! Club, along with DCP staff members, will be greatly affected by Nicolette's absence.  She has truly made a lasting impression on everyone that has had the opportunity of getting to know her during her time at the DCP.

Share the Fun Club members, staff, and the DCP staff wish her a safe and incredible journey during her time with the Air Force.  Thank you for all that you have done for us here and thank you for all that you will continue to do for our country in the coming years.
